SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Takteq. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship orders placed through our website.
Domestic Shipping
Takteq provides free standard shipping on all eligible domestic orders shipped within the United States.
We do not currently offer expedited, international, or cross-border shipping through our website unless expressly stated otherwise.
Order Processing Time
Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within five (5) business days after an order is placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Processing time is the time needed to prepare and package an order before it is transferred to a carrier. It does not include carrier transit time.
Shipping Carriers
Takteq ships orders using one or more of the following carriers:
- USPS
- UPS
- FedEx
We select the carrier and service level that we believe is most appropriate for the order, destination, package size, and delivery requirements. Carrier selection may vary by order.
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Payment Timing
Payment for orders is captured when the order is shipped.
Your payment provider may place a temporary authorization hold on your card or selected payment method at the time you place your order. This is not necessarily a completed charge. The final charge is processed when your order ships.
Shipping Restrictions
We ship only to addresses within the United States.
We do not ship internationally, including to freight-forwarding addresses intended for international delivery.
Certain products may not be available for shipment to California due to product-specific legal, regulatory, or shipping restrictions. Where applicable, these restrictions may be shown on the product page, during checkout, or communicated after an order is placed.
You are responsible for ensuring that the purchase, possession, installation, and use of products ordered from Takteq are lawful in your location.
Delivery Estimates
Carrier-provided delivery dates and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Takteq is not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, severe weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, customs or government actions, supply interruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order.
Takteq is not responsible for packages delayed, returned, lost, or misdelivered due to an incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or undeliverable address provided by the customer.
If you need to request an address correction, contact us immediately using use the contact us form. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or transferred to the carrier.
Delayed Orders
If we are unable to ship your order within the stated five-business-day processing period, we will contact you using the email address provided with your order.
When required, we will provide you with the option to consent to a revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped portion of your order for a refund.
Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, building management, and the shipping carrier.
For damaged packages or missing deliveries, contact us promptly using the use the contact us form and include your order number, photographs of any damage, and any relevant carrier information. We will review the situation and work with the carrier as appropriate.
